Shipping policy

At Glitter Meets Grind Collection, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

 

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard shipping (5–7 business days): $3.99 flat rate.
• Free shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only)
• Express shipping (2–3 business days) available at checkout for an additional fee of $8.99. 

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

Order Issues:

• Glitter Meets Grind is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at {glittermeetsgrindco@outlook.com} with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
